At Rill Architects we run ArchiCAD on macOS. If you work at Rill, this is your stuff. If you don't, but you work in ArchiCAD, you may find something interesting. Anybody else, I don't know.

I have updated the version 8 doors and windows with an option to build a masonry jamb.

Wow it lines up with the fill.

The parameters are under the Masonry division in the parameter list and the custom settings.

Jamb Width: Width to the wider point. 0=Omit.
Tooth Depth: Distance from outer brick to inner brick.
Jamb Brick Height: Measure the height of a brick in the fill pattern you are using.
Jamb Pen: Pen of the tooth outline. Default is 51.
Wall Elev Correction: The toothing (word?) will conform to the fill pattern, where the brick height is set correctly, for walls at elevation zero to their home story. Which is most walls. If the window/door is placed in an elevated wall, you will need to put the distance the fill is off in this parameter. Note that this is probably not the elevation of the wall; measure it.
Jamb Material: In most cases will match the brick wall. In any case, the material of the jamb and the wall should have the same fill; otherwise no liney-uppy.
